The quote that I choose is "More matter, with less art." I choose this quote because I believe that a person should always get their point with less words and trying to sound sophisticated. A person that tries to use big words just sounds stupid. To create an image as how this plays out just rewind to Gatzby. He had no education, so when he tried to talk to upper people he would use big words. I believe that instead of beating around the bush you should just get to the point and explain everlasting that you have to say.

Out of the three Hamlet movies that we saw in class, my favorite one would have to be the Ken Branagh version in the 19th century. I choose Ken Branag's verison of Hamlet because he kept it to script of Hamlet himself. He did not went astray from the original or changed it too much. I specificlly drawn into how well he made the actors and actresses protray the characters in the script because it was how I portrayed them in mind. I was surprise when the director alluded some scenes to history. It gave the few students that has no background on certain scenes to really understand what is happening and how it relates.
The other two movies were also good but I really dislike how they choose to not follow the play. The 21 century one by Mike Almereyda was good in a sense that it relates to future generation but I did not like it. I prefere it to be kept in the original way and that way only. The 12th century one by Franco Zeffirelli was totally off for me. I was repulsed when the director choose skip the intro of the ghost and the guards. I was looking forward to that, so when I say it and it did not show I felt a bit disappointed. Therefore,my favorite version is the 19th century by Ken Branag.
